Leaves pinnately compound, leaflets are 10-25 pairs of leaflets, petiole pulvinated. Leaves show seismonastic movement which is attributed to action potential generted by concentration of ions (K<sup>+</sup>) in and out of vacuoles in pulvinus cells. Flowers in head inflorescence, pink in colour.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
