Evergreen trees with slender drooping branches. Leaves elliptic to elliptic-lanceolate, apex subacute, entire. Flowers brownish-purple, in terminal and axillary paniculate cymes shorter than leaves. Drupes globose, c 7 x 5 mm, purplish-black.

Flowering and Fruiting: March–August.
